Love very fun

I love the game but its to hard to earn enough money to really do anything! Im not going to delete it from my phone just yet, hopefully updates will come soon and make the game a lil more fun!!! Guess Ill just wait and see!!!

I cant figure out the method of opening new rooms. I only have access to 3 rooms but Ill get a pop up that says I can unlock any room. When I click on it, it just says "wait, downloading content" but it never downloads. But it takes my energy away like I had played that room. Whats the problem? Im getting bored with access to only 3 rooms.

Does not allow me in any of the rooms Ive opened and constantly says downloading and it doesnt ever open

Why can I not up grade this game. Not been up grade last October.

I really like this game but I am very frustrated. I cannot get beyond the first three rooms, I have played over and over thinking I just have to get a higher score. again help !!!

5-3-15. This is ridiculous! Completely and utterly ridiculous. Not only so I have no ability to do anything IN the game, but there seems to be a limit on how much you post in reviews. I deleted Some of my early reviews in hope of adding new information; unless Im beating a dead horse here. Im in a room, frozen. I cant pick any items from the list because its frozen. The count down clock doesnt change. However!, the advertising videos, which I cant access to earn coins to use on the roulette wheel to get weapons, bonuses, chests, energy and so forth to enhance the game, are endless! I dont want to delete the game and start over again. Im tired of starting over again. Id like play. Thats all. Just uninterrupted play. 5-2-15. Supposedly, were able to get coins by watching videos or downloading and running apps. I prefer to watch the videos. Now I almost always get a message saying there are no offers available now and to try again later. Later only comes once every day or two. But, all of a sudden, commercial videos interrupt the game play. During one period of going through the list of things to look for, picking the room, searching and finishing, and getting the reward for finding something, Ive been interrupted with the same videos that arent available as offers! 4-26-15. Im getting really tired of the game freezing up!!! I deleted the game again, in hope that it wouldnt freeze up, again. Also, Ive watched a lot of videos to get coins so Im able to play longer an gain more experience, and weapons, and whatever I can get to make the game better. And another update 4-21-15 Ive paid "money" to be able to go to into all of the other rooms inside of the castle. I have been able to get into the crypt, sorceresss room, and the North Pole, but in the main castle, I havent been able to get into get into any rooms other than the living room, butlers room and the kitchen. Ive tried to find the Facebook page Game Center to get information on how to get things to work. Im not giving up hope, though! update 4-14-15. I deleted the game this morning and reinstalled it. Then I played enough to open the workshop, except its frozen on updating, so I may have to download it again. Not happy! I played the game for a couple of months and was enjoying it immensely. I had opened the crypt and the North Pole, and had learned how to stay in the game longer and progress more quickly. I really liked this game when I first started playing. No glitches, it always opened right up and was very addictive. Unfortunately the further Ive gone to more frustrating its become. Yes, it is a free app, but only to download. You get to a certain point and the only way to continue is to purchase with real money. Also, I have unlocked several rooms that I still havent been able to play because when I enter the room it says downloading content and when you press okay it tells you youve lost and keeps your energy which is a complete load of crap and a rip off.

Please fix the rooms after you unlock them and the time travel rooms. It keeps saying downloading the scene but never loads. I cant get past the first 4 rooms. I unlocked the 5th room but wont load. I also unlocked the time travel rooms but they wont load either.

This is a great game, with a great story line and good graphics. But, its very annoying and off-putting when I try to enter a locked room, after the kitchen is opened(ie:, bathroom, lab...etc) or try to enter the rooms in the past, and it sits and sits, saying "Please wait downloading content." Ive waited 10min before and it still sits like that. Please fix this, Id love to see the rooms in the past and pass the objectives there. Thank you.

I really loved this game at the start bc u culd continue in the game without buying, if you were patient, but now past the first three levels, i have to wait for content to download, which never happens and if i either go forward, assuming its fixed, the screen is blank n guess what ive used energy or i go back out n ive used energy. Could be a 5 star game but that keeps happening as well as coins n money dont get added after watching ads...

Game keeps freezing when accessing rooms past the kitchen. Dont get this game.

Fun game but need better instructions on how to level up

Started off being a fun game , until its time to open new rooms , I spend the energy and silver, but it dont download and open, fix the problem and it could be an exciting , fun game .

"Past" doesnt load.. Levels past the beginning that you can unlock, wont load... Steals energy. Energy isnt reloading... Glitches in collections... Was fun, now pretty disappointing.

So unfortunate. This game was on its way to being a solid 4 star for me, especially for a free game. The premise was fun and original (at least to me) and I was really enjoying the game. That is until I started unlocking rooms and traveling to the past, well at least I tried to do those things, but the past and the workroom never actually loads for me. It says waiting for download but never actually loads the room, though it charges me energy anyway just to tell me Ive failed the room. How I can fail a room that never loaded is beyond me. I tried to give it time, once I sat my phone down and let it "download" for a full 30 minutes and still nothing. As Ive read old reviews and seen this problem from over a year ago, I know Im not alone in this problem, but that also means theyve yet to fix an issue that old. So I will be giving this game up, and that is really unfortunate because it did seem very promising.
